Jeff Martin and Mamoud Hadjian, Public Works, gave a brief overview of this ordinance. This ordinance is for the Street Lighting Special Projects Maintenance with Black and McDonald for streetlight and traffic signal repair and maintenance.

Dave Long, Aviation Department, gave a brief testimony. The project improves the roofing conditions of the Super Hangar at the KCI overhaul base for the existing tenant's leased space operations.
