She stated that the resolution authorizes the Mayor to sign the application for a $500,000.00 State of Missouri Development Tax Credit, through the Neighborhood Assistance Program. Farmland will make a donation of 1 million dollars in cash or equipment which will be owned by EDC Loan Corporation. The tax credit is an incentive offered by the State to keep Farmland in Kansas City, Missouri. John Polly, Farmland, presented a status report to the committee. He stated that the development is nearly 99% complete.
