Consideration of Semi-Annual Docket items. The following items were recommended for release from the Semi-Annual Docket: Ordinance Nos. 080072, 080132, 080154 and 080484. All other items continued to be held. The Monthly Financial Report for November, 2008 will be presented. Mary Temple, City Controller, gave the financial report for the month of November. According to Ms. Temple there was little change in the financial condition of the City during this period. Because the committee had been receiving frequent updates on the financial status no questions were directed to Ms. Temple regarding the report. There may be general discussion(s) on current Finance and Audit Committee issues. Councilwoman Hermann asked that two items be added to the next week's agenda. One concerning CIMO expenditures and the other regarding the Budget Office and Finance Department housekeeping items before the end of the fiscal year. Pursuant to the following subsections of Section 610.021 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, there may be a closed session to discuss: (1) legal matters, litigation, or privileged communications with attorneys, pursuant to subsection 1; (2) real estate, pursuant to subsection 2; (3) personnel, pursuant to subsection 3 and 13; and/or (4) sealed bids or proposals, pursuant to subsection 12.
