RESOLUTION - Consenting to the transfer of various tracts of land held by Land Trust of Jackson County, Missouri, and located in the Third Councilmanic District to Ivanhoe Neighborhood Council, for purposes of maintaining such land and for redevelopment.

Councilman Riley testified on behalf of this resolution. This resolution will allow for better maintenance of the properties and to ensure the properties are redeveloped and that the neighborhoods in which the properties are located are revitalized.
