RESOLUTION - Directing the City Auditor to perform an audit of the contracts between Metropolitan Ambulance Services Trust and other cities and to evaluate the financial viability of MAST.


FINANCE AND AUDIT COMMITTEE recommends "BE ADOPTED"
Mark Funkhouser, City Auditor, testified on behalf of this resolution. This resolution would authorize the City Auditor to perform an audit of MAST operations. The Auditors Office will bring to the Finance and Audit Committee a scope statement pointing out what the audit will concern.

RESOLUTION - Requesting that the Finance and Audit Committee recommend a recruitment process to the Mayor and Council for the position of City Clerk.


FINANCE AND AUDIT COMMITTEE recommends "BE ADOPTED"
Evert Asjes, III, Council Committee Chair, testified on behalf of this resolution. This resolution will authorize the Finance and Audit Committee to recommend to the full council to start the process to fill the position of City Clerk.
