160646 (Sub.)RESOLUTION - Adopting the 2017-2022 Citywide Business Plan including Council Goals, the Financial Strategic Plan, and the Balanced Scenario of the Five-Year Planning Model; and directing the City Manager to align departmental strategic plans and business plans to the Citywide Business Plan.

160778 (Sub.)Estimating revenue in the amount of $2,357,000.00 in the General Fund for the sale of Pioneer Community College; appropriating $2,329,000.00 from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the General Fund for various projects; appropriating $180,000.00 from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Development Services Fund; estimating revenue and appropriating $180,000.00 in the Economic Development Fund; designating requisitioning authority; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.

ADDITIONAL BUSINESS
 1. Staff from the City Auditor’s Office will present a Scope Statement: Equal Employment Opportunity Complaint Processes.
 2. Finance staff will present the 2017-2022 Five Year Financial Plan.
 3. There will be a ARTS report for the audit of TWS Technical Services Improperly Certified as a MBE presented by the Human Relations Department.
 4. There may be a general discussion regarding current Finance and Governance Committee issues.
 5. Pursuant to the following subsections of Section 610.021 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, there may be a closed session to discuss:
(1) legal matters, litigation, or privileged communications with attorneys, pursuant to
subsection 1;
(2) real estate, pursuant to subsection 2;
(3) personnel, pursuant to subsection 3 and 13; and/or
(4) sealed bids or proposals, pursuant to subsection 12.
(5) confidential or privileged communications with auditors, pursuant to subsection 17.
(6) preparation, including discussions, for negotiations with employee groups, pursuant to subsection 9.
 The City Clerk`s Office now has equipment for the hearing impaired for use with every meeting. To check out the equipment please see the secretary for each committee. Be prepared to leave your Driver`s License or State issued Identification
Card with the secretary and she will give you the equipment. Upon returning the equipment your license will be returned.
