021205 Authorizing the issuance of Water Revenue Bonds, Series 2002K of the City of Kansas City, Missouri, for the purpose of extending and improving the City´s waterworks system; prescribing the form and details of said Bonds and the covenants and agreements made by the City to facilitate and protect the payment thereof; providing for the collection, segregation and application of the revenues of the City´s waterworks system for the purpose of paying the cost of operation and maintenance of the City´s waterworks system, paying the principal of and interest on said Bonds, and providing reasonable and adequate reserve funds; and authorizing and prescribing other matters relating thereto.
