There will be discussion of a proposed audit of MAST contracts
with other cities.

Staff from the Finance Department will give the Monthly Financial Report for the period ended December 31, 2002.
 
Staff from the Parks and Recreation Department will present an ARTS Report regarding "Recreation Performance Measures."
