Amending Article IX, Convention and Tourism Tax of Chapter 2, Code of Ordinances, by repealing Section 68-555, Definitions, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section of like number and subject matter which amends the definition of “food establishment”.

 Staff from the City Auditor's Office will present a scope statement on a report of Audits of Outside Agencies. Mark Funkhauser, City Auditor, presented the scope statement. The handout is on file in the City Clerk's Office. The Finance and Audit Committee may hold Closed Sessions pursuant to Sections RSMo 610.021 (1), (2), and (3) respectively to discuss legal, real estate or personnel matters. The committee voted unanimously to go into Closed Session at 10:40 am.
