Councilwoman Bough: The next item on the agenda is the public hearing for the proposed Health Sciences Community Improvement District. This hearing was originally scheduled for September 23, 2020 and was continued to today's date. The petitioners have requested the hearing be further continued. The petitioners are seeking to continue this hearing two additional weeks. Is there a motion to that effect? the motion was presented by Councilwoman Loar and seconded by Councilman Ellington.

 The City Clerk`s Office now has equipment for the hearing impaired for use with every meeting. To check out the equipment please see the secretary for each committee. Be prepared to leave your Driver`s License or State issued Identification Card with the secretary and she will give you the equipment. Upon returning the equipment your license will be returned.
