The Fourth Amendment to the TIF Plan modifies the budget of redevelopment project costs and the sources and uses in the TIF Plan to reflect that the City, pursuant to 180139, shall contribute, subject to annual appropriation, an aggregate amount of $9 million for the purpose of funding a portion of Arlington Road.

Olofu Agbaji, City Planning and Development, gave the staff report on the Ordinance. The applicant is proposing to subdivide the existing 41 acre platted lot into four single family residential lots within zoning district R-80. The parcel is about 1,323 feet width and 1,346 feet in depth. Lots 1 through 4 are proposed to be about 10.0 acres in size each. Each lot will have 330.8 feet of frontage on NE 120th Street. Zoning District R-80 requires a minimum of 80,000 square feet per lot and a minimum of 150 feet of frontage on a public street. The proposed preliminary plat meets the requirement of the Zoning and Development code in terms of lots width and sizes.
