Phillip Yelder, Director, Human Relations testified that a third generation disparity study is needed to determine if the City’s current procurement policies and practices prohibit minorities and women from equal access to contracting opportunities. This study will also help determine if the city’s current MWDBE program should continue in its current format or be modified.

 2. There will be a presentation from MoDOT on new developments regarding its direction.
 
 Matt Killian, Area Engineer, MoDOT conducted a presentation on upcoming challenges they will be facing because funding for transportation is insufficient. He reviewed anticipated funding reductions, provided some general background describing how we got here and identified a few actions MoDOT has taken to try and prepare for reduced funding. Mr. Killian also spoke about the miles of primary and supplementary roadways that require maintenance and briefly outlined how the reduced funding will negatively impact those roadways and bridges.
 
 3. There may be general discussion(s) on current Transportation and Infrastructure Committee issues.
 
 4. Pursuant to the following subsections of Section 610.021 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, there may be a closed session to discuss: (1) legal matters, litigation, or privileged communications with attorneys, pursuant to subsection 1; (2) real estate, pursuant to subsection 2; (3) personnel, pursuant to subsection 3 and 13; and/or (4) sealed bids or proposals, pursuant to subsection 12.
 
 The City Clerk`s Office now has equipment for the hearing impaired for use with every meeting. To check out the equipment please see the secretary for each committee. Be prepared to leave your Driver`s License or State issued Identification Card with the secretary and she will give you the equipment. Upon returning the equipment your license will be returned.
