The ordinance priority addressed two issues 1. Establishing the FY 2003-2004 front foot special assessment amount of $1.50 and 2. Approve the FY 2003-2004 Budget of the UHSBD.

Travis Kiefer, City Development, stated the ordinance approved the final plat of Cerner Campus 3rd plat. The plat consist of approximately 13 aces near the NE Chouteua TFWY and on both sides of NE 33rd Terr creating 2 lots. This is a legislative procedure required by the City Charter after the plat has been approved by the City Plan Commission and the grades and closure have been checked and approved by the engineering division of Public Works Department. The North Kansas City School District has been notified and others affected by the plat. There appears to be no opposition.
