Authorizing a contract for approximately $2,700,000.00 with Ideker, Inc. for the resurfacing of various streets generally between the Missouri River and North City Limits; and recognizing this ordinance as having an accelerated effective date.


TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE COMMITTEE recommends "ADVANCE AND DO PASS, DEBATE"
Ralph Davis, Deputy Director of Public Works, and Kerry Kanatzar, testified that this ordinance would authorize a contract for approximately $2,700,000.00 with Ideker, Inc. for the resurfacing of various streets generally between the Missouri River and North City Limits. This contract covers a portion of the 2016 street resurfacing annual program for the city. The contract will provide for cold milling, resurfacing, striping, loop detector replacement, and utility adjustment of certain streets.

 1. There may be a general discussion regarding current Transportation and Infrastructure Committee issues.
