Larry Stice, City Planning & Development, stated the ordinance will vacate the southeast corner of I-35 and NE Chouteau Trafficway. Approval of the ordinance will allow development of the Chouteau Crossing commercial development. Committee recommended approval. Greg Heilers, applicant spoke in support of the ordinance and agreed with staff's recommendations.
