Detaching from the City approximately 8.69 acres generally bounded by Interstate 29 on the north, Interstate 635 on the west, Line Creek on the east, and the City of Riverside on the south and authorizing the Director of Public Works to execute a cooperative agreement with the City of Riverside for the detachment and for the construction of a bicycle and pedestrian trial.

This ordinance will detach land from Kansas City and place it in the City of Riverside and further authorizing the Director of Public Works to execute a cooperative agreement with the City of Riverside for the detachment and for the construction of a bicycle and pedestrian trial.
