Approving the assignment of the obligations of Kansas City Terminal Railway Company under a deferral agreement with the City of Kansas City, Missouri, for the construction of 22nd Street and releasing Kansas City Terminal Railway Company from its obligations under such agreement.

Lee Dixson, Public Works Department, stated the ordinance will approve the assignment of the deferral obligation for the improvements of 22nd Street to four parties who will purchase lots in the subdivision. The purpose of the ordinance is to transfer obligations between the City and the Kansas City Railway Railway Company. Mike Kirk, applicants concurs with staff's recommendations. Committee recommended approval.
