Amending Article VIII of the Administrative Code of Kansas City, Missouri, relating to the Classification and Compensation Plan, by repealing Sections 2-1075, 2-1076, 2-1077, 2-1078, 2-1079, and 2-1080 which re-titles three classifications, implements the first phase of the Temporary Emergency Procedures pay settlement agreement with the International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 42, and implements wage provisions of the addendum to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Local 500, American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO and provides a three percent across-the-board annual wage adjustment for employees covered by Local 42 and a three percent across-the-board cost of living pay increase to employees covered by Local 500 and non-exempt M-Class employees.
