Mark Van Loh, Aviation Department, testified on behalf of this ordinance. This ordinance will authorize the execution of a Professional Services Agreement with Campbell-Hill Aviation Group, Inc. to provide consulting services at Kansas City International Airport.
Dorothy Campbell, Law Department, explained how the city verifies how contractors are complying with the earnings tax requirement.
