The total cost amount is estimated $6,679,430.00. TIF revenues generated by the project is in the amount of $2,642,032, and will be used to reimburse project cost associated with Project 4, the Baltimore Parking Garage and approximately $351,610 of site improvements and other public improvements to be constructed within the boundaries of project 16. Committee recommended approval.
