| | | Staff from the City Auditor's Office will present a performance Audit, "Review of Audits of Outside Agencies."
Mark Funkhouser, City Auditor's Office, presented the report to the committee. He stated the purpose, methodology, and summary of the audit.
Staff from the Neighborhood and Community Services Department will discuss the "Municipal Justice Facility Study."
Les Washington, Community Services, and Traci Frazier, Budget Office, presented a summary of the study and options. Judge Locasio followup on options will be presented in two weeks.
There will be a general discussion regarding current Budget and Audit issues.
Troy Schulte, Budget Office, presented the five year financial forecast. Councilman Rowland asked Mr. Schulte compile a detailed report on line items such as allocations for the Police Department positions, bridge maintenance, consultants, etc. |
