Eric Jensen, City Development Department stated the site is located in the northland at the north end of Hwy 291 and I-35 west of the Amber Meadows subdivision. Approval of the ordinance will rezone approximately 63 acres.
Mr. Bacchus stated expressed concerns regarding the distance between a house and the property line. Twenty feet is enough space to create year around screening. Therefore additional set-back is not required
There were interest expressed regarding access to one of the property owners
