Vince Hustead, City Planning, testified on behalf of this ordinance. Councilman Fairfield and Councilwoman Cooper was concerned that the Plan Commission agreed with the developer to remove the City's recommendation for them to create sidewalks and gutters. Matt Schlicht, Engineering Solutions, LLC, answered the questions from the councilmembers. This ordinance will approve a preliminary plat in the northeast quadrant of NW 88th St and N Central St that will create thirty eight single family lots. The committee agreed to hold for one week to meet with the developers.
