City Plan Commission recommends approves of this ordinance.

Darwin White, John Lutgen, was present to answer the committee's questions and he recommended advance and do pass of the ordinance.

Repealing certain sections of Committee Substitute for Ordinance No. 991416; estimating revenue in the amount of $300,000.00; appropriating the sum of $300,000.00 to various accounts within the Capital Improvements Fund; authorizing execution of a $250,000.00 Cooperative Agreement with the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority of Kansas City, Missouri, for the purpose of providing funds for public improvements and additional site remediation for the Hospital Hill Urban Renewal Plan; designating requisitioning authority; declaring the City´s intent to reimburse the Hospital Hill Environmental Cleanup Fund from local sales tax; and directing the City Clerk to file certain documents with the appropriate offices.
