Authorizing the Director of the Department of Housing and Community Development to enter into a Cooperative Agreement with the Port Authority of Kansas City whereby the Port Authority will contribute $150,000.00 toward a $240,000.00 agreement being entered into by the City with Tetra Tech EM, Inc., to perform environmental work at the Riverfront Park development site; estimating and appropriating $150,000.00 to reflect that funding; and directing the City Clerk to record the agreement.
