Calvary Bible College is seeking ownership of the site, to allow them to invest in building and site improvements with the confidence that is not normally found in a tenant relationship. The potential redevelopment projects include: a multi-purpose building, redevelopment of existing residential and kitchen facilities, additional expansion and redevelopment projects to accommodate needs of the Calvary Bible College.
