Judy Moor-Nichols, Health Department, explained the purpose of this ordinance and answered questions from the committee. No public testimony. This ordinance is to amend the annual contract with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services to provide Service Coordination for Children With Special Health Care Needs.
