The plans, as shown, will convert the existing building from a detached accessory structure (garage) to a 2nd principal building on the property which is necessitating the need for this Development Plan as noted in the code section below. The existing residence will remain as constructed with no changes proposed. The proposed “coach house” is also identified as a principal building.
