RESOLUTION - Approving an amendment to the Budd Park Area Plan, being that part of Kansas City bounded by the Missouri-Pacific railroad tracks on the north, Kansas City Terminal Railway on the south, Belmont Boulevard on the east and Prospect Avenue, south of Independence Avenue, and Chestnut Trafficway, north of Independence Avenue on the west by modifying the Land Use Plan and Map for an area of approximately 1.4 acres generally located at the northeast corner of Truman Road and Indiana Avenue to recommend "light industrial uses" instead of "low-density residential and light industrial uses". As part of the agreement, to purchase Advance Stores Co., becomes the assignee of the premises which calls for the City to sign a consent agreement. The current license agreement prohibits any such assignment of the license without a written consent of the City.
