Councilmember Glover asked if the advancement of the ordinance was needed. He also pointed out that the decision on the advancement is not made by the committee, but the full council. It is signal to the clerk to put it in the area for advancements, and if nine people vote for advancement, it is then advanced. The concurrence of the in district council person, in getting the nine votes is extremely important. Also, to touch base with the in district council persons. A motion was made by Councilmember Glover to advance the ordinance.
