Eric Jensen, City Development said the ordinance is a request to consider approval of a GP district. GP districts allows for additional monument signs. The site is located on the east side N. Executive Hill Blvd. A site plan of the area was showed on the overhead and he gave detailed description of the project. City Plan Commission and staff recommended approval. Committee concurs with staff's recommendation. Bob Landman, Attorney, representing the applicant, concurs with staff's recommendation.

Larry Stice, City Development gave testimony on the ordinance. The reason for the preliminary plat is to divide the lot and to create a separate lot. The ordinance was held on the agenda until March 3 to allow the committee members to get more information relating to the project.

Cleveland Commercial Initiative Project and stating the CouncilĀ“s desire to borrow $3,900,000.00 for the Mt. Cleveland Commercial Initiative Project through Section 108 of the Housing and Community Development Act.
