| To reestablish Sewer District Nos. 6078, 6079, 6080 and 6081 in Sewer Division No. 6, bounded by 88th Street on the north, Tracy Avenue on the west, 91st Street on the south and Euclid Avenue on the east, in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, and repealing Ordinance No. 930927 passed August 26, 1993, establishing Sewer District Nos. 6078, 6079, 6080 and 6081 in Sewer Division No. 6, in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.
OPERATIONS COMMITTEE recommends "DO PASS" Stan Harris, Public Works Department, was present to testify on behalf of this ordinance. He stated that there were 42 houses on septic tanks and the property owners had requested to go on the City's sewer system.
Councilmember Nace requested an overview of the process which Mr. Harris provided. He stated that 50% of the cost was paid by the City and 50% was assessed to the property owner unless a PIAC request was made.
Councilmember Nace questioned what the estimated costs to the City would be.

| Authorizing a $141,800.00 First Amendment to Agreement No. 010258 with Black & Veatch Corporation for engineering services in connection with sixteen storm sewer improvements in Council Districts 1 and 2 and authorizing the Director of Public Works to expend $141,800.00 for the project.
OPERATIONS COMMITTEE recommends "DO PASS" Stan Harris, Public Works Department, was present to testify on behalf of this ordinance. He stated that this ordinance was to revise the scope on this project and initiate the next two phases.

| Authorizing an STP-Urban Agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission relating to roadway improvements along Longview Road from Blue Ridge Boulevard to Spring Valley Road.
OPERATIONS COMMITTEE recommends "ADVANCE AND DO PASS" Stan Harris, Public Works Department, was present to testify on behalf of this ordinance. He stated that this ordinance would expand this highway from 2 lanes to 4 lanes.
