RESOLUTION - Expressing the support of the Council for the remediation of blight by the Planned Industrial Expansion Authority of Kansas City, Missouri, in the Armour Gillham PIEA Area, including the relocation of utility lines; and directing the City Manager to assist in this effort.

Al Figuly, PIEA, testified on behalf of this resolution. Peter Cassel, 211 E. Armour and Jeremiah Finnigan, 3100 Broadway, were present to answer questions from the committee. This resolution will allow for the remediation of blight by the Planned Industrial Expansion Authority of Kansas City, Missouri, in the Armour Gillham PIEA Area. Councilman Sharp would like more information and would like to hold this for one week.

RESOLUTION - Approving an amendment to the Briarcliff-Antioch-Davidson Area Plan, by modifying the Land Use Plan and Map within that area that is generally located on the west side of U.S. Highway 169, about 2,000 feet south of N.W. Englewood Road, to recommend changes from low density residential uses to medium-high density residential uses. (241-S-7)
