| Authorizing a four month $26,444.00 agreement with Wellington Group to provide consultant services and media advocacy related intervention services for the Kansas City ASSIST (American Stop Smoking Intervention Study) project and authorizing the Director of Health to extend the agreement for an additional five months utilizing such funds as may be allocated by the City Council in the Annual Budget for total funding not to exceed $59,500.00.
