PLANNING AND ZONING COMMITTEE recommends "HOLD ON AGENDA (4/9/2008)" Councilman Sharp asked Maggie Moran, Law Department, about referring a committee substitute to the City Plan Commission. When he was told he could, he submitted a committee substitute to the committee for referral. After the committee discussed issues involved, the committee took public testimony. Marshall Miller, Rockhill Homes Association testified on behalf of the ordinance as substituted. The committee decided to hold the ordinance for one week.
