| 000645 (Sub.) | RESOLUTION - Directing the City Manager to develop a strategic program in Downtown Kansas City in cooperation with the Downtown Council, the Economic Development Corporation and the Convention and Visitors Bureau, among others, to provide storefront window displays and take other necessary actions, including negotiation of a Cooperative Agreement, to promote greater investment in corridors linking private-public ventures of the City and the private sector.
