Stan Harris, Public Works Department, stated this ordinance would repeal Section 6 of Ordinance 001508 and reenact a new Section regarding Sanitary Sewer Improvements.

Authorizing two agreements with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission relating to improvements to Route 350 from I-435 to 0.6 miles east of Noland Road and Route 350 approximately one-half mile west of Noland Road; and directing the City Clerk to file certain documents with the appropriate offices.
