Approving various Traffic Regulations in compliance with Chapter 70 of the Code of Ordinances.


TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE COMMITTEE recommends "DO PASS"
Jeff Martin and Wei Sun, Public Works Department testified briefly that this ordinance will make these traffic regulations permanent.

Estimating revenue in the amount of $32,549.50 in the Public Mass Transportation Fund; and appropriating that amount to the Smart City Kiosk accounts in the Public Mass Transportation Fund.


TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE COMMITTEE recommends "DO PASS"
Jeff Martin, Public Works Department, testified that, per an agreement with Smart Cities, the City of Kansas city Missouri will receive a portion of the revenue from the smart city kiosk per an agreement with Visit KC and Streetcar Authority.

TRANSPORTATION & INFRASTRUCTURE COMMITTEE recommends "ADVANCE AND DO PASS, DEBATE"
Jeff Martin and Athena Huyhm, Public Works, gave a brief testimony. This ordinance appropriates the calendar year 2019 receipts from the Platte County special road & bridge tax to the north green hills road from to nw 78th street to nw barry road improvements project account to pay for upcoming project expenses.

Authorizing the negotiation, execution and the implementation of a Cooperative Agreement for an exchange and transfer of real property for the construction, location and maintenance of the “N. Woodland Complete Streets Project”, in the vicinity of N. Woodland Avenue and N.E. 96th Street, in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri with Joseph Mandacina and John Pisciotta; and recognizing an accelerated effective date.

Don Frank and James Wong, Public Works, testified. This ordinance authorizes the negotiation, execution and the implementation of a cooperative agreement. The agreement is for an exchange and transfer of real property for the construction, location and maintenance of the N. Woodland Complete Streets Project, in the vicinity of N. Woodland Avenue and N.E. 96th Street, in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri with Joseph Mandacina and John Pisciotta;
