Authorizing the Director of City Development to execute a Subordination Agreement with Magellan Pipeline Company, L.P., for the plat of Kemp Estates First Plat, an addition in Clay County, Missouri; and authorizing the City Clerk to record this ordinance and attached Subordination Agreement. Sarah Baxter, Law Department, testified on behalf of this ordinance. Patricia Jensen, White Goss Law Firm, representing the applicant Kemp, was present to answer questions from the committee. The purpose of this ordinance is to approve a subordination agreement between the City and Magellan Pipeline concerning right-of-way that is being dedicated with the plat that crosses a Magellan Pipeline Easement at N Baltimore and NW View Crest Drive.

Repealing Ordinance No. 041020 that approved the plat of The Woods of Somerset and enacting a new ordinance approving the plat of The Woods of Somerset, an addition in Jackson County, Missouri; accepting various easements; establishing grades on public ways; accepting certain lands for park purposes forever, in accordance with Section 1004 of Article X of the Charter of Kansas City; authorizing the Director of Public Works and the Director of City Development to execute certain agreements; and authorizing the City Clerk to record this ordinance and attached agreement.
