Authorizing the City Attorney to file a motion in City of Kansas City, Missouri v. HEDFC authorizing the Receiver, on behalf of the Housing and Economic Development Financial Corporation (HEDFC), to enter into a Modification, Assumption and Subordination Agreement pertaining to three loans to entities controlled by Westside Housing Organization, Inc., authorizing the Director of City Development to approve the resubordination of these three loans, executing a release of the Receiver from any liability to the City arising from such requested relief and expressing the Council’s intent regarding appropriating funds to pay creditors of HEDFC if harmed by such requested relief.
