Increases the maximum salaries of the pay grades by one percent for M-class non-exempt, exempt and those pay grades covered by the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Kansas City, Missouri and Local 500 American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO and allows for one additional day of vacation for certain individuals with twenty or more years of continuous years of service. Implements the second year of the pay grade and step changes per the MOU with Local Union 3808 of the International Association of Fire Fighters, AFL-CIO-CLC.
