LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE recommends "BE ADOPTED AS A COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE"
This Resolution establishes the City of Kansas City’s legislative major priorities and positions on matters for the 2018 session of the Missouri General Assembly as outlined in the ordinance. There was public testimony from John Sharp in favor of this resolution.

This resolution establishes the City of Kansas City’s legislative priorities and positions on matters that may come before the 115th United States Congress, 2nd Session, in 2018 as outlined in the ordinance. There was public testimony from John Sharp in favor of this resolution.

RESOLUTION - Declaring the City’s intention to include a legislative priority for the upcoming state legislative session to clarify provisions authorizing the Convention and Tourism Tax so that the tax may be applied to short term rentals, and so that the tax may be used for neighborhood home repair.

Be prepared to leave your Driver`s License or State issued Identification Card with the secretary and she will give you the equipment. Upon returning the equipment your license will be returned.
