120305 (Sub.)Amending Article VIII of the Administrative Code of Kansas City, Missouri, relating to the Classification and Compensation Plan, by repealing Sections 2-1075, 2-1076, 2-1077, 2-1078, 2-1079, 2-1080, and 2-1081 which authorizes the job classification and pay system for the next fiscal year, and provides for maintenance of the system as it relates to wages, classifications and compensation.

 Pursuant to the following subsections in 610.021 of the Revised Statues of Missouri,
there may be a closed session to discuss:

subsection 1;
Real Estate, pursuant to subsection 2;
Personnel, pursuant to subsection 3 & 13;
Sealed bids or proposals, pursuant to subsection 12;
Negotiations with employee groups, pursuant to subsection 9.
 The City Clerk`s Office now has equipment for the hearing impaired for use with
every meeting. To check out the equipment please see the secretary for each
committee. Be prepared to leave your Driver`s License or State issued Identification
Card with the secretary and she will give you the equipment. Upon returning the
equipment your license will be returned.
