090224 Accepting and approving a one-year grant award contract in the amount of $1,523,779.00 from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, whereby the Department of Health and Human Services will provide funding for Ryan White Title I Services for the period beginning March 1, 2009 through February 28, 2010; increasing revenue in the amount of $189,821.00 in the Ryan White Title I Grant Fund; increasing appropriations in the amount of $801,817.00 in the Ryan White Title I Grant Fund; and recognizing an emergency.
