170893 (Sub.)Approving the plat of Westport CID, an addition in Jackson County, Missouri, on approximately 20.1 acres generally bounded by Mill Street and Southwest Trafficway to the west, W. 40th Street to the north, Broadway Boulevard to the east, and Archibald Street to the south; accepting various easements; vacating a portion of sidewalks; authorizing the Director of City Planning and Development to execute and/or accept certain agreements; and authorizing the City Clerk to record this ordinance and attached documents. 170894 (Sub.)Approving the preliminary plat of Westport CID on approximately 20.1 acres generally bounded by Mill Street and Southwest Trafficway to the west, W. 40th Street to the north, Broadway Boulevard to the east, and Archibald Street to the south, to replat 20 commercial lots and one private open space lot, and to vacate the existing sidewalks located on Westport Road between the westernmost edge of the intersection with Broadway Boulevard westward to the easternmost edge of the intersection with Mill Street, together with the existing sidewalks located on Pennsylvania Avenue from the southernmost edge of the intersection with 40th Street southward to the northernmost edge of the intersection with Archibald Street. ADDITIONAL BUSINESS
 1. There may be general discussion regarding current Planning, Zoning and Economic Development and Neighborhoods and Public Safety Committee issues.
 2. Pursuant to the following subsections of Section 610.021 of the Revised Statutes
(1) legal matters, litigation, or privileged communications with attorneys of Missouri, there may be a closed session to discuss:
, pursuant tosubsection 1;
(2) real estate, pursuant to subsection 2;
(3) personnel, pursuant to subsection 3 and 13; and/or
(4) sealed bids or proposals, pursuant to subsection 12.
 The City Clerk's Office now has equipment for the hearing impaired for use with every meeting. To check out the equipment please see the secretary for each committee. Be prepared to leave your Driver`s License or State issued Identification Card with the secretary and she will give you the equipment. Upon returning the equipment your license will be returned.
