 There may be general discussion regarding current Transportation and Infrastructure issues.

Bernardo Garcia, Water Services, will discuss the Water, Sewer and Stormwater Five-Year Capital Improvements Program and Water/Sewer Rates.

Public Works Department will present an update on the Manchester Rd at I-70 Hwy MoDOT project.

Pursuant to the following subsections of Section 610.021 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, there may be a closed session to discuss:

(1) legal matters, litigation, or privileged communications with attorneys, pursuant to subsection 1;
(2) real estate, pursuant to subsection 2;
(3) personnel, pursuant to subsection 3 and 13; and/or
(4) sealed bids and related documents, until the bids are opened; and sealed proposals and related documents or any documents related to a negotiated contract until a contract is executed, or all proposals are rejected, pursuant to subsection 12.
