170788 Authorizing the Director of General Services to execute an Acquisition and Transfer Agreement among the City, the Tax Increment Financing Commission of Kansas City, Missouri and Cerner Property Development, Inc. to transfer title to 6101 East 87th Street, Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri to facilitate redevelopment within the Bannister and I-435 Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment Area; declaring real property to be surplus to the City’s needs; and directing the City Clerk to record this ordinance and the deed.

ADDITIONAL BUSINESS
 1. Fire Chief Berardi will discuss Fire Department overtime and use of resources.
 2. Alice Kitchen, will discuss women's equity issues.
 3. Staff will present the Finance and Governance Goal of the Citywide Business Plan.
 4. Finance Staff will present the Five Year Balanced Scenario of the Citywide Business Plan.
 5. There may be a general discussion regarding current Finance and Governance Committee issues.
 6. Pursuant to the following subsections of Section 610.021 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, there may be a closed session to discuss:
(1) legal matters, litigation, or privileged communications with attorneys, pursuant to
subsection 1;
(2) real estate, pursuant to subsection 2;
(3) personnel, pursuant to subsection 3 and 13; and/or
(4) sealed bids or proposals, pursuant to subsection 12.
(5) confidential or privileged communications with auditors, pursuant to subsection 17.
(6) preparation, including discussions, for negotiations with employee groups, pursuant to subsection 9.

Card with the secretary and she will give you the equipment. Upon returning the equipment your license will be returned.
