120901 Authorizing the issuance, sale and delivery of not to exceed $95,000,000.00 Sanitary Sewer System Improvement and Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2012A of the City of Kansas City, Missouri, for the purpose of extending and improving the City’s Sanitary Sewer System and refunding all or a portion of certain of the City’s Sanitary Sewer System Revenue Bonds, prescribing the form and details of said Bonds and the covenants and agreements made by the City to facilitate and protect the payment thereof; providing for the collection, segregation and application of the revenues of the sanitary sewer portion of the City’s sewerage system for the purpose of paying the cost of operation and maintenance of the sanitary sewer portion of the City’s sewerage system, paying the principal of and interest on said Bonds, and providing reasonable and adequate reserve funds; and prescribing other matters relating thereto.

Be prepared to leave your Driver's License or State issued Identification Card with the secretary and she will give you the equipment. Upon returning the equipment your license will be returned.
