160824 Approving the petition to establish the 12th & Wyandotte Community Improvement District; establishing the 12th & Wyandotte Community Improvement District generally located between 11th Street on the north, 13th Street on the south, Baltimore Avenue on the east and Central Street on the west in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri; acknowledging that the 12th & Wyandotte Community Improvement District is located within the boundaries of the Central Business District Urban Renewal Area as established pursuant to the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority Law and determining that the 12th & Wyandotte Community Improvement District may exercise certain additional powers in connection therewith; requiring the annual submission of certain records; and directing the City Clerk to report the creation of the 12th & Wyandotte Improvement District to the Missouri Department of Economic Development.

 The City Clerk`s Office now has equipment for the hearing impaired for use with every meeting. To check out the equipment please see the secretary for each committee. Be prepared to leave your Driver`s License or State issued Identification Card with the secretary and she will give you the equipment. Upon returning the equipment your license will be returned.
