Missouri to discuss personnel matters;

discuss employee labor negotiations;
Those who wish to comment on proposed ordinances can email written testimony to
public testimony@kcmo.org. Comments received will be distributed to the Special
Committee for Legal Review committee and added to the public record by the clerk .
